While forums such as this one can generate genuine traffic for your site, forums tend to provide lower quality back links to your pages so in terms of search engine optimising they are not so good.

As with any business often it is the costs you cut that improve your revenue and we all know that quality traffic is key to your success.

You could spend a fortune in advertising campaigns which would generate hits that would convert to sales or referrals but there are other ways.

Blogging for example can provide a very fruitful arena using tags the same or similar to your ideal keywords.
