As an FYI to everyone, the FNBO Direct 800 number which they say to use 24/7 doesn't work. You get to the menu of #1 (6% intro), #2 (application), #3 (existing acct), & #4 (tech difficulties) and they all transfer you to a hang up.

If someone has any suggestions on how to contact them so I can get my money out I would appreciate it.

I finally got through to FNBO Direct via the phone. It took numerous disconnects and when I didn't get disconnected I waited for 40 mins before talking to one person who wasn't much help but did manage to send me to another person who was helpful.

The freeze on the account was apparently in error and they did send an email apologizing for it.

I also heard some horror stories about this bank asking for additional information and putting freezes on the account. I would suggest looking for a different bank before choosing FBNO.
