To qualify for the TV, you must also have a Loyalty Checking account.
A penalty of 180 days of interest on the account withdrawn may be imposed for withdrawals before maturity. In addition, an early withdrawal penalty in the amount of $200 will be assessed for the cost of the TV.
You must maintain your primary checking account and conduct an average of 15 transactions a month or at least $250 in recurring ACH transactions per month to qualify for the loyalty rate.
Flagstar will issue a 1099 for the value of the TV.
