Right now, Energy Credit Union is offering a 1 year, 4.07% APY CD Rate. Act fast because once it spreads to the Internet, it’s going to go fast.
The website says the rates are effective as of October 22, 2008.
Here are some of the details regarding the bank –

- Requires a $1,000 minimum to open.
