This week the CD rates actually went up for a change but you may have noticed a few new banks in the mix and one of them happens to be New Dominion Bank.  New Dominion has been on the top ten charts a few times in the past but they seldom stay on due to the other bank’s competitive rates but this time, they are actually having some pretty good deals worth looking at.
