I’m not sure if anyone caught this story in the news the other day but a Wisconsin gas station accidently changed it’s gas price to 33 cents a gallon.  Instead of enter $3.29 per gallon on the computer, .329 was hit instead.

You can only imagine what kind of frezny this had caused.  42 people had bought 586 gallons of gas in less than 2 hours!  Local police finally noticed the situation, called the store manager and the manager was able to push the emergency stop button.

Has anyone grabbed a deal like this before?

It’s that time of the month again where we release the averages for the month.  CD rates are still slowly going down but not as bad as November.  The 3 month and 6 month CD averages in fact went up by a little bit.  The rest of the lengths went down.  The 3 year CD took a hit from 5.06% to 4.90%.  Here’s a lowdown –
