Southwest Bank

For more than 40 years, Southwest Bank has served North Texas as a personal, community bank. In 1975, former Governor Allan Shivers assumed ownership of the bank and it remained in the Shivers family. When John Shivers, Sr. took over the helm from his father, he continued the philosophy of personal service and trust. Under his leadership the bank grew to five locations serving customers in Fort Worth, Burleson, Saginaw, Mansfield and Dallas.
