I am not an African American either, but I have not noticed any problems with this bank. They are friendly and give wonderful service, both online and by telephone. It is a great banking experience. I don't care if the owners are black, white, pink or purple as long as they give good service, and the bank does a great job.

I truly enjoy banking here good rate, I never had any problem whenever I had a question I call and it was answered.

This bank turned me off when it seemed like they only catered to black people, it didn't make it seem friendly to someone like myself (I'm Hispanic)
