Interstate Bank

interSTATE NET BANK opened for business May 22, 2001 as the first New Jersey state-chartered commercial Internet bank. The Bank combines highly personalized service with a fully Web-enabled technology platform, to distinguish itself as the premier provider of commercial banking products and services to small and medium-sized businesses in its initial targeted market area of New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and northern Delaware.

The Bank's corporate headquarters is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. While the Bank will utilize the Internet and other available technology in the delivery of its products and services, it will also have a full complement of business development representatives devoted to the development of new business and to the management of customer relationships. Initially these personal business development efforts will be focused on the tri-State area of New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware. Over time, the Bank expects to establish a broader network of business development representatives, supported by "virtual" branches.
