I been with igo for a lease two years and the only issue is that it's take a very long time for you money to be transferred.

Tried to open an online savings account with iGo. The process is complex, lacks direction, has a horrible user interface, and involved repeating our checking account verification 3 times (one to fund the account, one to setup the account for fund transfer and a third time to setup the account for fund transfer for my husband's login - FOR THE SAME iGO ACCOUNT!!). Trying to open an account with the terrible user interface and process took us a month! (not kidding) and we still didn't have the money in our account when we decided to close it. This is because it may take 3 days to get the money into your account (and it said it was there) but then it takes another 5 days!! for iGo to actually give it to you after receiving it from your bank). Our "mistake" to try and transfer the money back to our checking account cost us $30 which further reenforced our decision to close the account and take our business elsewhere. or which we then had to pay a All in all we spent
