I now have a total of five CD's with Ascendia. This is a great bank to deal with. Too bad a can't get this kind of service here in town. It good to know that not all customer service is dead. Good Luck, Ron

I have been banking with Ascencia for about 10 years now (since the days when it was called US Access Bank). I like this bank very much, and am very satisfied with their customer service. As an example there are at least 2 occasions where I have written a check without having enough in my checking account, but plenty of funds in my Money Market. Instead of bouncing the check, they have called me and asked if I would like to move money to cover the check. You do not get this sort of service from the likes of Bank of America. Additionally I have not had to call the customer service very often, but anytime I did, they were very nice and extremely helpful.

I have closed my CD recently because need the money. Ascenia Bank has an excellent customer service and one of the fastest transfer transactions although I closed my CD and transfer to external bank.

I just started banking with this bank on line and find them to be very professional. The account was set up rather quickly and the live help service were very helpful. I would assume this will be a great bank to do business with. The online application was very easy to set up and place. They notified me the same day funds were deposited to let me know the account had been established. Very pleased..
